1. Gyan Mudra (Knowledge Mudra) for Healing\n
\nSit comfortably, ideally in a lotus posture, with your hands resting on your knees. Gently touch the tip of your thumb to the tip of your index finger. Keep the other three fingers relaxed, either straight or close together.\n\n
2. Vayu Mudra (Air Mudra)\n
\nBend your index finger so the tip touches the base of your thumb, then press gently. Extend the remaining three fingers as straight as possible.\n\n
3. Prithvi Mudra (Earth Mudra) for Healing\n
\nTouch the tip of your ring finger to the tip of your thumb, while keeping the other fingers extended and relaxed.\n\n
4. Agni Mudra (Fire Mudra)\n
\nClose your ring finger toward your palm, pressing the second phalanx gently with the base of your thumb. Keep the other fingers extended.\n\n
5. Jal Mudra (Water Mudra)\n
\nTouch the tip of your little finger to the tip of your thumb, applying gentle pressure. Keep the other fingers straight and relaxed. Ideally, sit cross-legged during this practice.\n\n
6. Shunya Mudra (Mudra of Emptiness)\n
\nPress the first phalanx of your middle finger against the base of your thumb.\n\n
7. Prana Mudra (Mudra of Life)\n
\nBend your little finger and ring finger, then gently touch their tips to the tip of your thumb.\n\n
