John Wines, a 59-year-old teaching at The Bourne Academy in Bournemouth, decided to audition to inspire one of his nervous students.\n</p><p><em>\u201cI\u2019m overjoyed! I never thought I would have this opportunity,\u201d said Wines. \u201cI\u2019m doing things I could never have dreamed of.\u201d\n<p>In his original audition, Wines performed the iconic Queen anthem, <strong>\u201cWe Will Rock You,\u201d capturing the attention of Simon Cowell and the other judges. Empathizing with Maya\u2019s anxiety, he decided to take the leap himself.\n</p><p><em>\u201cI wanted to show her that even teachers get nervous sometimes,\u201d Wines shared. <em>\u201cI put myself in her shoes and decided to face my own fears.\u201d\n<p>Despite almost missing his audition invitation, which ended up in his junk folder, Wines was fortunate to find it just in time.
