Eminem\u2019s daughter Hailie Jade Scott is gearing up to welcome a baby boy with husband Evan McClintock.\n
\u201cWe\u2019re so excited,\u201d the couple revealed during the Friday, October 11, episode of her \u201cJust a Little Shady\u201d podcast. Scott, 28, and McClintock popped a balloon showering them in blue confetti when revealing their baby\u2019s sex to listeners.\n
\n\u201cWhen we found out, Evan was like, \u2018They\u2019re going to hunt with me. They\u2019re going to go golfing with me. I\u2019ve got a little buddy,\u2019\u201d Scott said. \u201cI was like, \u2018OK well they\u2019re still going to Target with me.\u2019\u201d\n
McClintock clarified that \u201cwhether it was a girl or a boy,\u201d he hoped that their baby would be interested in the things he likes.\n
Eminem, 51, revealed his daughter\u2019s pregnancy earlier this month when releasing the music video for his song \u201cTemporary.\u201d The visual featured clips of Scott growing up and offered sweet moments from her May wedding to McClintock. At one point, fans watched as she surprised the rapper with her pregnancy news.\n

Scott walked onto the deck of a house and handed Eminem a Detroit Lions football jersey that read \u201cgrandpa\u201d on the back. The musician seemed genuinely surprised as he held her sonogram up to the camera.\n
Eminem shares Scott with ex-wife Kimberly Anne Scott. He is also a father to daughters Alaina, 31, and Stevie, 22.\n
As fans of the rapper know, Scott has been prominently featured in Eminem\u2019s music throughout the years. For his latest album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Gr\u00e2ce), Eminem sang about Scott in \u201cTemporary\u201d and \u201cSomebody Save Me.\u201d\n

Scott previously revealed that she gets emotional when listening to these two songs in particular.\n
\u201cI watched it in entirety and I don\u2019t think I can do it again. I definitely cry every time I hear it at all,\u201d she said during an August episode of her podcast about \u201cSomebody Save Me,\u201d a collaboration with Jelly Roll. \u201cBetween that and \u2018Temporary\u2019\u2026 I audibly sobbed I think for both songs but especially \u2018Temporary.\u2019\u201d\n
Despite the emotionally charged nature of the music, Scott did give her parents a shoutout for how they raised her.\n

\u201cI will say, like, watching the video back and listening to the songs, I feel like my parents did such a good job growing up where I didn\u2019t realize how bad things were,\u201d she explained. \u201cBut now as like, an adult, in hindsight, it\u2019s so scary to think about.\u201d\n
Scott added: \u201cI think that\u2019s why I get emotional so much, like just thinking that could have happened.
